I enjoy writing and collecting prayers.

My prayer collection is eclectic and interfaith. I love to learn how people of many beliefs and nationalities pray.

My prayer writing is to the Omnipotent Creator, Source of our Being, Great Spirit of Beneficence, the one and only… that said, I believe I speak to the same God you do, and believe that the God Source Love can be felt in our hearts.

I also meditate, but you can’t put a meditation into a blog post! Perhaps someday I’ll diversify, but right now this blog is envisioned as a collection of prayers, many of which will be written by me due to the fact that I need to pray about specific things at times, and can’t find prayers from other sources to cover my needs. Writing them out has been a long-time habit, and so now I’ll share.

More personal stuff about me… I’m a gray-haired old woman (born in ’52) living in far-northern California near the Oregon border. I’m so happy here, living in a cabin in the forest. I write all sorts of things, not just prayers. I’ve written a novel: River Girl.
