If you need a mentor:
Precious Lord, God of all Worlds, please hear my call. I am in need of a mentor, for ______________. Please connect me with the right person and help me to receive the kind of mentorship that will best benefit me most in this life. Help me to be a perfect student, to learn from all information imparted to me, and to repay that mentor in whatever way you deem is best.
If you are a mentor:
Almighty and benevolent God, I ask for the blessing of finding people to mentor. Help me to be able to impart my talents and capacities to help those people in multiple beneficial ways. Please show me the path to becoming a perfect mentor, and do not let me overstep my bounds. Keep me healthy and happy, positive and creative, so that my mentoring will leave a deep impression on the people I help.
Prayers by Linda Jo Martin, owner of the Country Kitchen Pantry.
So many times I wonder if I’m praying the right way. So the request to please guide me in prayer is the best way to start.
Dear God, I have so many requests at this time.
First of all… the young man who messaged me on Facebook, from Africa, who said he wanted to get help to move to the USA for a free education.
Please help him and bless him with as much education as he needs to prosper and be happy in life.
Bless him with an outstanding set of ethics with which he can uplift and bless those he lives among.
Bless him with a career that he will love and do well in, and a healthy, happy, love-filled family.
I know at this hour there are many others like him living in poverty and deprivation, wishing they could do better in life.
Dear God, have mercy on them and help them to find ways to improve their situations, and conditions for all who live around them.
Please dear God, let there be positive solutions for this crisis in educational and career opportunities for the impoverished.

This prayer of the Dali Lama will help you to help others.
May I become at all times, both now and forever
A protector for those without protection
A guide for those who have lost their way
A ship for those with oceans to cross
A bridge for those with rivers to cross
A sanctuary for those in danger
A lamp for those without light
A place of refuge for those who lack shelter
And a servant to all in need.
